Job Description: You’ll be the organizational backbone that keeps multiple revenue streams running smoothly. This role offers incredible variety – from managing event space inquiries and coordinating creative projects to ensuring seamless communication across all departments. You’ll work directly with the founder and team, making a real impact on business operations while developing skills across venue management, agency coordination, and client relations. Responsibilities:

  • Manage high-volume inbound inquiries for event space bookings across multiple websites and platforms
  • Respond to client inquiries with detailed quotes, pricing information, and availability scheduling
  • Handle comprehensive administrative tasks including invoice generation and payment follow-up
  • Create client briefs, simple documents, and presentations to support agency operations
  • Set up and manage project workflows in ClickUp, assigning tasks and ensuring clear deadline communication
  • Coordinate social media content management and oversee content creation processes
  • Manage freelancer relationships on platforms like Fiverr (create briefs, source talent, review deliverables)
  • Maintain organized team communication through Slack and other collaboration tools
  • Support financial administration and ensure smooth client onboarding processes


Requirements

  • Proven experience in administrative roles with strong customer service skills
  • Excellent written communication abilities for professional email correspondence
  • Experience with project management tools (ClickUp preferred) and team communication platforms
  • Basic understanding of content creation and social media management
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • GMT timezone availability for consistent business hours alignment
  • Bonus if you have experience coordinating with freelancers or external vendors
  • It helps if you’re comfortable with financial admin tasks and invoice management
