Role Overview:
The Digital Marketing Assistant will support the execution of digital, social, and paid advertising strategies across always-on, retail, and seasonal campaigns. This role ensures all content and paid activities are delivered on time, on brand, and optimised for each platform.

You will assist with campaign coordination, content management, copywriting, and reporting — helping maintain a consistent and engaging brand presence across all digital channels. A key focus of this role will also be driving growth on Pinterest through creative content planning, trend monitoring, and performance optimisation.

You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Coordinator to ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly, creative outputs follow best practices, and brand identity is consistently represented across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

● Support the execution of digital and paid campaigns across social and ad platforms.
● Develop creative briefs and coordinate asset delivery with internal teams and external agencies.
● Write and adapt platform-specific copy for social posts and ads, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
● Prepare and maintain campaign reports, data trackers, and weekly content meeting slides.
● Organise and manage the digital content library for efficient asset access and reuse.
● Coordinate creative assets and ensure all campaign deliverables are completed on schedule.
● Drive Pinterest growth by planning, publishing, and optimising engaging content.
● Stay up to date with Pinterest and social media trends to identify new content opportunities.
● Contribute to campaign planning and brainstorming sessions with creative ideas and insights.
● Handle administrative and reporting tasks as needed to support the Digital Marketing team.

Requirements

● 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or campaign coordination.
● Experience writing and adapting copy for digital platforms and paid ads.
● Working knowledge of Pinterest and other major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
● Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with digital reporting tools.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Creative thinker with a passion for social media and digital marketing.
● Proactive, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
