Ngā kōrero mō te tūranga – About the role

Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Tauranga campus. As Associate Director, Campus Development, you’ll provide strategic leadership and direction for all major property and infrastructure projects from new builds and large-scale refurbishments to vital maintenance and capital works.

Reporting to the Director, Property Development and Infrastructure, you’ll oversee a diverse programme of campus development activities, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard and aligned with the University’s long-term vision.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a forward-thinking leader to make a lasting impact on the University’s physical environment and help create spaces that inspire learning, research, and community connection.

Salary will be based on the skills, knowledge and experience brought to the position. This is a full-time role (37.5 hours a week), based on our Tauranga Campus.
