Job Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Thinking: Develop and maintain a multi-year, risk-based product roadmap that clearly represents the objectives, key results, deliverables, dependencies, and benefits of Cybersecurity Operations Intelligence teams.
  • Product Management: Assist in leading complex, firm-wide product developments in collaboration with business partners. Beyond maintaining the backlog, ensure that audit and regulatory commitments are aligned with the product's book of work.
  • Cross-team Collaboration: Ensure seamless integration with key product domains within Cyber Operations.
  • Roadmap Development: Assist in creating and maintaining a multi-year, risk-based product roadmap that highlights key deliverables, dependencies, and benefits.
  • Adaptive Communication: Adapt communication styles based on contextual needs, utilizing a broad range of approaches to enhance influence and effectiveness.
  • Regulatory Alignment: Ensure that audit and regulatory commitments are aligned with product objectives.
  • Issue Resolution: Detect and effectively resolve project issues.
  • Data Evaluation: Evaluate information from multiple sources to ensure consistency and determine cross-impacts.
  • Senior-Level Reporting: Provide senior-level presentations and ongoing reporting on key programs.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience as an Architect/Engineer, Technology Product Owner/Manager, or Service Delivery Manager
  • Solid understanding of the end-to-end information technology (IT) process, including architecture, design & engineering, implementation, and operations
  • Experience producing product artifacts, including use cases, product requirements, user journeys, high-level wireframes, etc.
  • Ability to provide product management artifacts and deliverables such as roadmaps, product overviews, reports, backlog, and documentation. Help bring to life the product organization construct.
  • Ability to develop and analyze product architecture.
  • Ability to provide program and project leadership across multiple teams to illustrate strategy is reducing risk and meets the needs of JPMC customers. Partner with other product leads, architects, and engineers to reduce risk.
  • Operates in a customer-centric mode and leverages risk methodologies to translate the needs of the business and its customers into feature-level requirements into product backlogs.
  • Strong influence and negotiating skills, and the ability to overcome barriers and resistance to execute against strategic plans.

  • Demonstrate prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Experience working in an agile environment and driving continuous improvement.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of a large enterprise organization.
  • Comfortable working in a matrix management model with stakeholders and virtual teams across global locations
  • Ability to forge strong relationships and build a wide network throughout the firm.
  • Supplier/Vendor management experience preferred.
