CVJ’s Key Account Management division is the largest revenue generator in CVJ. It manages corporate accounts and creates new selling channels of face-to-face stores and online stores. The division develops Mid/Long-term goal is in line with overall CVJ Long-term goal that can take the company to #1 position in the CL Industry. Key Account Management members should work closely with all related team across functions such as Japan Leadership Team, Trainers, Marketing, finance, Logistics, RAQA and IT to maximize plans and executions.
Senior manager of KA is responsible for the team which leads large-scale critical accounts and OEM business. This team generates 90% of the division’s revenue. Also as a right hand parson of KA Director, closely works with a director and involves in establishing CVJ’s key account management strategy.
Senor Manager is responsible for managing large-scale Key Accounts and OEM business. Manages the team deliver the sales objectives which is estimated $205MM (KA team FY22 target total) to drive business growth and develop market share for our long-range strategic plan. Especially, this unit responsible for the biggest customer in CVJ therefore maintain the good relationship with the Key Accounts and deliver the target brings overall company significant impact.
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 10+ years of progressive business experience in Strategic Account Management
High level of analytical skills to be able to derive useful insights from raw data and information, availing strategies and approaches that enable enhancement in sales volume
Excellent understanding of Customer, Business Intelligence, and Industry trends.
Demonstrated strong negotiation skills and ability to strategically target, build, maintain, and improve customer relationships.
Outstanding organizational skills and definitive leadership skills sustained by strong experience and effective trainings
Strong and impactful communication and presentation skills in Japanese and English
Excellent Excel (incl. modeling) and PowerPoint skillsTraining experience on updated sales skills and business management
Legal/compliance knowledge for commercial transaction
Work Environment:
Frequent within Japan with occasional trips outside Japan (Asia/ Global)
Experience:
People Management
Negotiation skills, communication skills, project management skills, company analysis skills, ability to create and execute accurate sales forecast plans (Fcst accuracy)
Reliable experience in Medical Device company, Health Care, FMCG, OTC, and/or Consulting industry.
Proven sophisticated and strategic thinker and business acumen
Proven strong influencing and negotiation skills
Highly numeric / Strong Financial skills
Proven independent mind and judgment.
Experience in management and operations of large chain customer.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in sales and hopefully in multinational company
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree in Business Management, Business Administration or other related filed is preferred) An equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable for the position.
