Your role will include but not be limited to:
As Sales Executive – Corporate & Long Stay, you will support the hotel’s commercial success by managing and growing business within the corporate and extended-stay segments. You will play a key role in converting long-stay leads, nurturing existing relationships, and ensuring exceptional service for in-house residents. This position combines hands-on client interaction, operational coordination, and proactive communication to maintain strong partnerships and drive long-term revenue. You will also contribute to the corporate sales effort through timely follow-ups, account maintenance, and cross-functional collaboration with the wider commercial team.
Long Stay Sales & Conversion
- Handle all long-stay inquiries and requests, preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts in line with hotel policies.
- Conduct site inspections and property tours for prospective guests, relocation agencies, and corporate clients.
- Follow up on inquiries and leads to secure timely confirmations and maximize occupancy within the long-stay inventory.
- Coordinate with Revenue, Reservations, and Operations to ensure accuracy in rates, contract terms, and handovers.
Account Management & Guest Relations
- Serve as the main point of contact for long-stay residents, ensuring their needs are handled promptly and professionally.
- Maintain strong relationships with in-house guests, real estate companies, relocation partners, and corporate travel bookers.
- Address guest feedback and requests with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a seamless stay experience from check-in to renewal.
- Conduct courtesy calls and post-stay follow-ups to drive retention and referrals.
Corporate Sales Support
- Support the Sales Manager with corporate account administration, including contract preparation, renewals, and client correspondence.
- Assist in responding to corporate RFPs and group inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate information.
- Maintain accurate account and contact details within the CRM system to ensure smooth reporting and tracking.
Prospecting & Business Development
- Research and approach potential long-stay clients, including relocation companies, corporate housing agents, and project-based firms.
- Maintain awareness of competitor offerings and market trends to suggest new opportunities or improvements.
Collaboration & Communication
- Liaise closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Finance to ensure a consistent guest experience and accurate billing.
- Participate in departmental meetings, briefings, and trainings to stay informed of goals and initiatives.
Ideally, you'll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in the similar role within luxury hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with both staff and management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional attention to details and customer handling abilities.
