Description & Requirements

Need a techno-functional PLM Optiva resource with 4 to 5 years of experience, to support IMS contracts from all regions (should be working in rotational shifts - APAC, EMEA and AMER).
Responsibilities: • Responsible for supporting IMS customers from all regions (APAC, EMEA and AMER).• Addressing techno-functional (ticket based) issues.• Meet the ticket SLAs.• Maintain customer satisfaction levels.• Work on development/retrofitting of customizations.• Responsible for supporting both Cloud and On-Prem customers.

Technical skills:1. VB .NET2. C#3. Knowledge on SQL Database and SQL Scripting
