The Impact you will have in this role: 

The Oracle EPM Administrator is responsible for the configuration, administration, and support of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud environments, with a specialized focus on Oracle Narrative Reporting and Oracle Predictive Cashflow Forecasting applications. This role ensures the reliable operation, security, and optimization of EPM solutions, enabling efficient financial planning, reporting, and analytics across the organization. 

Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Administer, configure, and maintain Oracle EPM Cloud applications, particularly Oracle Narrative Reporting and Predictive Cashflow Forecasting.
  • Develop and manage financial and operational reports, leveraging Oracle Narrative Reporting to deliver insightful, accurate, and timely narratives for stakeholders.
  • Implement, monitor, and enhance predictive cashflow forecasting models to support strategic decision-making and financial planning.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across EPM modules through regular validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with finance, IT, and business teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver enhancements within the EPM environment.
  • Manage user access, roles, and security settings in accordance with internal controls and compliance standards.
  • Perform routine application maintenance, system upgrades, backups, and patch management to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Provide technical support, training, and documentation for end users of Oracle Narrative Reporting and Predictive Cashflow Forecasting.
  • Monitor system performance, resolve technical issues, and liaise with Oracle support for complex troubleshooting.
  • Stay current with Oracle EPM Cloud updates, new features, and best practices to continuously improve system capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 03+ years of related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Talents Needed For Success:

  • 3+ years of experience administering Oracle EPM Cloud applications, with demonstrated expertise in Oracle Narrative Reporting and Predictive Cashflow Forecasting.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting, analytics, and forecasting techniques.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise financial processes and data structures.
  • Experience with application security, user provisioning, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide effective user training.
  • Project management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities. 

Nice To Have:

  • Oracle EPM Cloud certification(s).
  • Experience in integrating EPM solutions with other enterprise systems (ERP, BI tools).
  • Knowledge of scripting, automation, and data integration tools relevant to Oracle EPM.
  • Familiarity with other Oracle EPM modules such as Planning, Financial Consolidation, or Account Reconciliation.
