What You’Ll Do

• Lead a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support services
• Be the safeguarding lead and ensure safe, supportive environments
• Manage contracts, budgets and KPIs to meet commissioner expectations
• Coach and develop your team to be their best every day
• Support your Operations Manager to meet regulatory standards

You Have

• Experience managing people or services in housing, care or support
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and confidence to lead in this area
• Great people skills to coach, challenge and inspire your team
• A passion for helping customers achieve their goals
• A vehicle insured for business use

The Practical Bits

• On call shift payment of £14.30 per session.
• You’ll work Monday to Friday. A flexible pattern can be discussed at interview.
• We work between the hours of 9:00 to 17:00.
• You’ll work from our Sunderland service, which is easily accessed by public transport.
• On the job mileage? We’ve got you covered.
• You need an Enhanced with barring list DBS check that we pay for.
