What You’Ll Do
- Lead a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support services
- Be the safeguarding lead and ensure safe, supportive environments
- Manage contracts, budgets and KPIs to meet commissioner expectations
- Coach and develop your team to be their best every day
- Support your Operations Manager to meet regulatory standards

You Have
- Experience managing people or services in housing, care or support
- Strong safeguarding knowledge and confidence to lead in this area
- Great people skills to coach, challenge and inspire your team
- A passion for helping customers achieve their goals
- A vehicle insured for business use

The Practical Bits
- On call shift payment of £14.30 per session.
- You’ll work Monday to Friday. A flexible pattern can be discussed at interview.
- We work between the hours of 9:00 to 17:00.
- You’ll work from our Sunderland service, which is easily accessed by public transport.
- On the job mileage? We’ve got you covered.
- You need an Enhanced with barring list DBS check that we pay for.
