Mission Highlights (Purpose Of The Job)

As a Strategic Program Manager, you will lead and coordinate high-impact programs, both internal and client facing, ensuring alignment with Entalpic’s long-term objectives. You will act as a key link between teams and external partners, driving project delivery, strategic alignment, and business growth.

Reporting Line And Localization

You will report to the Director of Strategy & Operations and will be located in our Paris offices.

Role & Responsibilities

• Strategic Project Management: Lead and oversee strategic initiatives, from planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with company goals and measurable outcomes.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including ML engineers, material scientists, and chemists, to translate strategic priorities into actionable project plans.
• Client & Partner Engagement:
• Act as the primary interface with clients and partners, deeply understanding their needs, and translating them into actionable project goals
• Manage client proposals, reports and presentations, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries
• Business Development: Contribute to Entalpic’s commercial effort by preparing client proposals, identifying partnership opportunities, and supporting the structuring of public or consortium programs.
• Strategic Alignment: Evaluate project outcomes and client feedback to make recommendations that enhance overall company strategy.
• Act as the primary interface with clients and partners, deeply understanding their needs, and translating them into actionable project goals

Skills & Experience

Required:

• A scientific or engineering mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new scientific and technical concepts.
• Min. 3 years of experience, including significant client-facing responsibilities.
• Proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., chatbots, databases).
• Capability to communicate effectively with software and ML engineers, transforming client needs into product/technical requirements.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a joyful, proactive and solution-oriented approach.
