🥜 In A Nutshell

As our Social Media Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind our online presence, ensuring Ludicrum’s voice shines across all major platforms. Working closely with our Social Media Lead and cross-functional teams in Marketing, Design, and Retention, you’ll plan, execute, and monitor engaging campaigns that elevate our brand in the iGaming industry.

🎯 The Responsibilities & The Impact You Will Have:

• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive social media calendar across multiple platforms.
• Ensure timely publication of content, adapting to emerging trends, promotions, and events.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy and engagement.
• Coordinate internal communications between Marketing, Design, and other departments.
• Manage social media management tools (e.g., HyperAuditor, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
• Stay ahead of platform updates and trends to keep our brand’s presence fresh and innovative.
• Collaborate with the Content and Design teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to guide strategic decisions.

⚡ All You Need Is…

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., HyperAuditor, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
• In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn).
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting social media data and metrics.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Design, Retention, and Customer Support).
• Proven professional experience in sports or sports betting, with a strong focus on football.
• Proactive, adaptable, and always seeking improvement.

Nice To Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Familiarity with graphic design or video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Canva).
• Experience coordinating with influencers and external partners.
