As a Senior Customer Project Manager, you’ll work within the Large Enterprise and Public Sector Solution delivery team, driving complex, high-value initiatives from concept to delivery — ensuring every project meets its goals on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll thrive in the unknown, turning challenge into clarity and vision into results. 

This role requires you to travel to one of our core O2 Daisy sites 3 days a week the rest of the time you can work from home (please note that flexibility is required).

Who we are

Our new B2B venture. By bringing Virgin Media O2 Business and Daisy together, we’re creating a focused, digital-first B2B business serving customers across small, medium, and large enterprises, as well as the public sector. Powered by our next generation fixed and mobile infrastructure the new entity will offer a broader portfolio of best-in-class solutions - including cloud-based communication tools, voice and contact centre offerings and 5G private networks - helping us win more business and better serve our customers.

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

• Demonstrable project management experience in telco or IT services (ideally both), with proven experience leading deliveries with TCV up to £5 million. 
• Knowledge and consistent record of project planning processes, techniques and methodologies in a multi-disciplined and commercial environment. 
• Developed and validated stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to understand and manage multiple project risks – dealing with uncertainty, whilst being proactive and forward-looking, including in depth knowledge of strategic business objectives, drivers and complex organisational designs.
• Have a recognised industry qualification, such as PRINCE 2, APMP
