Supervisor Maintenance - Providence Anchorage

The Facilities Support Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Manager of Plant and Facilities Engineering with the planning, coordinating and supervising of the Facilities Support Department in accordance with Providence philosophy, objectives, policies, procedures and standards. Fosters change and teamwork to ensure constructive relationships and growth.  Responsible for coordination of adherence to regulatory standards and other project work within constraints of available resources.

We are hiring for Supervisor Maintenance position at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, AK!

Position is full-time,1.0 FTE, 8-hr Day shifts, 40 hours per week.

Required Qualifications:

• Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information. 
• 2 years Hospital work environment experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Or equivalent educ/experience
• 2 years Leading teams, being a foreperson or related supervisory.
• 5 years Project coordination/management and team facilitation
