Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) - Paulsboro, NJ

Join Rheem Northeast Distribution at our new distribution center in Paulsboro, NJ. As a leader in HVAC solutions, we supply contractors, multifamily communities, and commercial properties across the Northeast. We’re seeking a dependable Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) to support our distribution operations by ensuring accurate, timely deliveries directly from our warehouse to our customers. This role is a key part of our service commitment — combining safe driving, professional customer interactions, and teamwork within the distribution center environment.

• Follow all Department of Transportation standards and regulations, including performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Complete necessary paperwork for delivered merchandise
• Load/unload merchandise and ensure the vehicle is organized
• Pull product, load and unload trucks when not performing driving duties  
• Back up other drivers routes when needed  
• Provide quality customer service 
• Warehouse work and all other duties as assigned 
• 1 year minimum of delivery driving experience
• A valid driver’s license and a good driving record per company policy  
• Must be able to obtain or currently have a DOT medical card  
• Demonstrated ability to provide quality customer service  
• Ability to follow direction and safe operating procedures  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work at heights of 20 ft. on a regular basis  
• Ability to be trained to use forklifts and other warehouse machinery
