Project Planner

We are now looking for experienced Project Planners for our customer's projects in Finland. Work tasks include setting up internal project management process at the beginning and after that managing and facilitating the project planning processes and working closely with the project team. The work location is on site in Espoo at the very beginning, but remote work becomes available after the start.

📍 Location: Espoo, Finland

📝 As A Project Planner You Will:

• Set up project management process
• Maintain and facilitate projects in the system
• Work mainly with Microsoft Project
• Actively engage and work with internal the Project Management Team, relevant stakeholders etc.

🏆 To Succeed You:

• Have experience in defining, setting up, refining, and using project schedules and compiling schedule reports in the project planning system
• Have strong experience with Microsoft Project
• Have right mindset for developing processes and maintaining them
• Are fluent in English (Finnish is a plus)
