Role Overview

The Digital Transformation Manager is a key role within Logitech’s Digital Office in Cork, Ireland, focused on designing, integrating, and optimizing sustainability, quality, and compliance data across enterprise systems and functions. This role works closely with existing enterprise product owners, internal stakeholders, and technical teams to design end-to-end data flows, ensuring that sustainability, compliance and quality data is structured, integrated, and audit-ready within systems such as PLM, Oracle, and ERP.

The Digital Transformation Manager drives the evolution of Logitech’s enterprise digitization capabilities, spanning sustainability, quality management, and Product Lifecycle Management systems. You will guide the design and delivery of the next generation of digital infrastructure that enables data capture, validation and consolidation, while helping Logitech teams prepare for enterprise-level customer and regulator reporting requirements such as the Digital Passport. A core focus of this role is to ensure shared data and process improvements across enterprise systems create synergies, reduce redundancy, enables management of change in a fast-moving company and maximizes insights for decision-making and impact.

With a focus on scalable, efficient, and streamlined processes, this role engages closely with cross-functional teams—including Digital Office (IT), Sustainability, Quality and enterprise product owners and users —to deliver robust reporting, and enterprise-level solutions that enhance transparency, drive brand differentiation, compliance, and operational excellence.

1. Sustainability-Focused Systems Design and Delivery

  • Work with enterprise product owners to design end-to-end data flows and integrate sustainability data from offline tools and repositories (e.g., spreadsheets or legacy systems) into enterprise systems, ensuring readiness for forthcoming requirements such as the Digital Passport.
  • Ensure sustainability data—including carbon emissions and product sustainability features—is structured and integrated into existing enterprise systems (e.g., Product Lifecycle Management, Oracle, ERP) in a way that enables management of change and accurate, verifiable, audit-ready data.
  • Collaborate with users of enterprise systems to ensure data inflows from internal functions and suppliers are robust, efficient, and appropriate, supporting data mining for insights and decision-making, and fulfills reporting and transparency obligations to customers, regulators, and auditors.
  • Optimising use of AI and automation to streamline data collection, error identification, validation, and reporting, while partnering with the Sustainability Team and other stakeholders to maintain a technology roadmap that meets emerging regulatory requirements and digital trends.


2. Operational Process Improvement for Quality Management

  • Focus on optimizing Quality Management workflows and systems to scale operational efficiency and improve compliance.
  • Support the maintenance and improvement of quality tracking systems, product compliance systems, enabling real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) for product and manufacturing quality.
  • Partner with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver system updates, integrations, and enhancements designed to meet operational needs.
  • Create synergies across systems where shared data and processes can reduce redundancy and deliver greater impact.


3. Configuration, Delivery, and Hands-On System Management

  • Partner with the sustainability team to integrate or enhance digital tools and dashboards that provide actionable insights and give visibility at the enterprise level.
  • Design and develop Compliance ‘Market Access’ reporting for tracking, analyzing, and documenting activities to meet regulatory, legal, and operational requirements associated with offering a product or service in a specific market or region and quality performance data.
  • Manage day-to-day systems operations, from troubleshooting to user support, maintaining reliability and scalability for deployed solutions.
  • Provide hands-on assistance for configuring workflows, data fields, and reporting templates suited for sustainability and quality process requirements.
  • Collaborate with Digital Office  development teams, ensuring proper system architecture, testing, and integration across platforms.


4. Data Integrity and Performance Tracking

  • Establish processes for efficient capture, validation and reporting of sustainability data to ensure accuracy and ease of reporting to key decision-makers, regulators and customers.
  • Define clear, actionable KPIs and create automated tracking methodologies for measuring organizational performance against quality goals.
  • Monitor the impact of implemented solutions, continuously improving systems to respond to evolving business needs.


5. Stakeholder Collaboration and User Support

  • Proactively engage with sustainability and quality leadership teams to understand company requirements and priorities.
  • Act as a key liaison between the business teams, technical teams, and external vendors, ensuring effective execution of projects and hands-on operational delivery.
  • Drive user training and change management efforts, ensuring adoption of newly implemented tools and workflows.
  • Build strong partnerships with external technology providers to maximize Logitech’s returns on system investments, particularly in the sustainability space.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in delivering digitization projects, particularly with a focus on data management, enterprise managers and business operations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to support cross-functional teams through actionable solutions that scale operations effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability in process improvement by transitioning offline, manual workflows to automated systems tailored for enterprise implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) or platforms designed to optimize product lifecycle management workflows.
  • Ability to track performance against SMART KPIs and drive measurable outcomes for quality goals.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate challenges, propose solutions, and influence adoption across diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with BI, Enterprise Systems or relational databases and enterprise tools such as PLM, Oracle, ERP
  • Familiarity with quality management platforms such as SAP QMS or equivalents tailored for real-time data processing and compliance tracking.
  • Some knowledge of Design Thinking principles for innovative problem-solving and workflow optimization.
  • Project Management (e.g., PMP) or Business Process Optimization (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
  • Some experience in HW / Product development would be a plus.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Information Systems, Data Science or a related field.
  • Project Management or Process Optimization certification is desirable.
