Job Description:
Job Family Definition:
Provides a full range of HR support and program implementation activities across multiple businesses, functions, and geographies. Delivers programs and policies developed globally that are specialized for local or regional requirements. Acts as a consultant and partner in driving and implementing organizational design, transformation, change management, talent management, total rewards, workforce planning, and employee relations strategies and policies. Ensures HR programs are implemented based on business-specific priorities and legal requirements at the country level. Collaborates across the HR organization to deliver an integrated portfolio of services to all employees. Systematically deploys policies and structures established by HR functions while delivering differentiated solutions based on unique business needs, local market pressures, and the competitive landscape. Supports talent acquisition efforts of staffing and recruiting, and partners with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and outsourcing (MADO) to ensure new employee integration success. Consults with managers and other stakeholders on employee relations issues. Interfaces with managers, employees, government agencies, and other external representatives in consultation and negotiations as necessary.

Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope. May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process. Exercises independent judgment to identify and select a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.
Responsibilities:
- Consults with country or regional business and human resources leaders to identify program needs.
- Implements human resources programs to meet business and functional needs.
- Manages the delivery of multiple programs simultaneously across a given geography.
- May represent the company to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicates HR policies to business managers and employees; works with business leaders to deliver programs that are aligned with global policies and meet local needs.
- Coaches managers in routine performance and misconduct issues and provides resolution recommendations.
- Contributes to regional priority projects teams.
Education And Experience Required:
- First-level university degree or equivalent experience.
- Typically 4-6 years related experience in human resources functional area, HR Generalist, or HR Consulting role.
Knowledge And Skills:
- Strong knowledge of all human resources areas.
- Developed legal knowledge of the local environment.
- Strong business acumen.
- Strong communications skills.
- Advanced quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to respond independently to complex inquiries.
Impact/Scope:
- May support complex business groups in terms of size, workforce complexity, and geographic distribution, or may lead the HR program creation and delivery for less complex business groups.
- Contributes to regional priority projects.
