Senior Team Leader Relief, Pelican Rapids, MN (2025)

Description

• Leads team members by managing and executing plant processes.
• Manages team members in attaining production and quality goals.
• Ensures appropriate resources (including materials, equipment, and staffing needs) are available to maintain production schedules.
• Supports continuous improvement processes to ensure that goals in safety, quality, cost, audit compliance and customer service are met.
• Creates and maintains an engaged and team-oriented workforce to improve business results.
• The position is very hands-on – Senior Team Leaders are usually in the production area "on-their-feet" about 80% of the shift.
• Senior Team Leaders must be able to handle more complex roles such as Planning & Scheduling, Inventory Mgmt. & Ordering, Relief Leader for entire area/process, point persons for all shifts, supervisor of team leaders.

Qualifications:

• Supervisory and warehouse management skills.

Required:

• 3+ years as a shift lead, shift supervisor, assistant manager, etc. OR associate’s degree.  Warehouse/logistics experience a plus.
• Proven leadership, persuasive, initiative, analytical, and communication skills are necessary for success in this position.
• Ability to obtain a forklift certification.
• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.
• Must possess a comprehensive understanding of further processing, inventory systems, and policies.
