storytelling in the age of AI.
The Brand Creative Lab is looking for a Sr. Creative Producer to lead the development and execution of compelling video and media content that drives brand engagement and business impact. This role blends production expertise and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality storytelling across platforms.
In this role you will lead the end-to-end execution of Microsoft’s consumer-facing content for Microsoft Copilot, Windows, Surface, Edge, and M365. You will oversee daily production workflows, manage complex delivery schedules, and serve as the central point of contact for creative production requests. This role demands deep expertise in translating strategic briefs into platform-optimized content, managing production budgets and vendor relationships, and ensuring all content adheres to Microsoft’s brand, accessibility, and legal standards.
You’ll collaborate closely with agencies, internal creatives, and cross-functional teams to bring campaigns, cultural moments, and innovative storytelling formats to life driving engagement and elevating Microsoft’s presence across social channels. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and brings a strategic lens to creative execution.
Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end execution of Microsoft’s consumer-facing content for Microsoft Copilot, Windows, Surface, Edge, and M365.
- Oversee daily production workflows, manage complex delivery schedules, and serve as the central point of contact for creative production and event-related requests.
- Manage production budgets, vendor relationships, and SOWs, including bidding and contracting for both content and event production.
- Translate strategic briefs into platform-optimized content and event experiences.
- Partner with brand strategists and integrated marketing leads to ensure content and events ladder to business priorities and resonate with audiences.
- Own the production process: developing timelines, coordinating shoots and creative for event execution, securing approvals, and aligning compliance/legal requirements.
- Translate audience signals and cultural insights to improve content and event performance and influence future planning.
- Serve as a trusted creative partner to stakeholders across teams, helping them bring content and event ideas to life within brand and platform parameters.
- Implement internal processes and systems to ensure clear steps from brief to execution and delivery across content and event production.
- Ensure all content and event experiences adhere to Microsoft brand, accessibility, and legal standards.

Required/Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ years experience in professional content production environment, post-production environment, or broadcasting OR equivalent experience.
- Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
- Proficient in production tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Click Up, Frame.io, Microsoft Suite)
Additional or preferred qualifications
- 6+ years experience in professional production environment, post-production environment, event production OR equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams and live event logistics.
- Demonstrated communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing shoots, both in-studio and on-location
- Proven project management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, collaborative environment
- Experience working within internal creative & production team
Video Production IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
