We are seeking a Business Program Manager to join the Office of the President of Game Content and Studios. This Business Program Manager is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, organized, technically proficient, and passionate about enabling success through operational excellence.
This position will support high-visibility programs, This may include meeting logistics and scheduling, SharePoint site management, security/distribution group administration, and travel and event planning. You will also partner closely with the Chief of Staff and other business managers to drive excellence on special projects and ensure the rhythm of business runs smoothly.

The Business Program Manager will drive Business Operational Excellence with their experience executing high impact deliverables with an acute focus on details. They will have the ability to analyze current business processes and make recommendations for efficiency and improvements. They will have experience providing executive-level administrative support at a multi-national corporation.
The Business Program Manager will have organizational skills with a track record of managing projects and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to work across multiple teams and functions, including engaging with executives and senior staff. They will also have written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organization, build trust with stakeholders, and navigate cross-cultural/global team dynamics.

Responsibilities
Operational & Administrative Support
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across time zones and teams.
- Support scheduling and logistics for internal and external events, including researching options, managing room blocks, coordinating team events, and other logistics.
- Provide administrative support to the Chief of Staff and senior leaders.
- Maintain and optimize internal tools, including SharePoint sites and Teams groups.
- Administer and manage security groups and access controls for internal systems.
Program & Project Execution
- Support cross-functional initiatives and special projects from planning through execution.
- Track deliverables, follow up on action items, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions that drive efficiency.
Team & Communication Enablement
- Support internal communications and team-wide initiatives.
- Help prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and communications.
- Serve as a trusted partner and representative of the Office of the President, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 2+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
- OR equivalent experience.
- Experience providing executive-level support in a global organization
- OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the gaming, entertainment, or technology industry.
- Organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success working across teams and engaging with leaders.
- Interpersonal skills to build trust, influence stakeholders, and collaborate globally.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
Business Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $76,800 - $151,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $100,800 - $168,000 per year.
