Responsibilities
- Define and execute product vision for Copilot-powered and agentic AI experiences across M365
- Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, researchers, and UX designers to ship features leveraging LLMs and generative AI.
- Build prototypes using Cursor, Lovable, GitHub Copilot, and other LLM coding tools to validate ideas quickly.
- Analyze customer behavior, define success metrics, and guide data-driven product decisions.
- Drive inclusive design and accessibility in every feature.
- Navigate ambiguity and align stakeholders to deliver high-impact products.
- Partner on go-to-market strategies for new AI-driven features.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept through launch and iteration, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
- Develop business cases and prioritization frameworks to guide investment decisions.
- Communicate trade-offs and decisions clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND experience in product/service/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- Product Management experience with a proven ability to prioritize, execute, and deliver in fast-paced environments.
- Experience managing full product lifecycle and driving measurable business outcomes.
- Experience shipping user-facing features in consumer or enterprise products.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Solid knowledge of LLM advancements in the industry and enthusiasm for applying them to real-world scenarios.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, model evaluation, and AI/ML concepts.
- Hands-on experience building prototypes using LLM coding tools (Cursor, Lovable, GitHub Copilot).
- Ability to assess and mitigate risks related to compliance, security, and scalability.
- Passion for inclusive design and accessibility.
