Job Overview
Do you want to help transform how companies manage their supplier invoices? At Medius, we offer AI-powered solutions that simplify everyday work for finance teams – and we’re now looking for a Key Account Manager to grow with us in Norway
As a Key Account Manager – Norway, you will take ownership of a portfolio of existing Norwegian customers and act as a trusted advisor to drive growth through cross-selling and upselling Medius solutions. You’ll apply a value-based sales approach, build strong relationships across customer organizations, and ensure customer success and retention in the Norwegian market.
Responsibilities And Duties
- Take full ownership of assigned Norwegian accounts and act as a trusted advisor at all levels of the organization.
- Apply value-based selling to identify customer challenges and propose the right Medius solutions.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell activities to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, IT, and C-level management.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams—Customer Success, Pre-Sales, Cross-Sell, and Professional Services—to ensure customer satisfaction and deal success.
- Promote adoption and usage of Medius solutions to maximize customer value and retention.
- Serve as an escalation point for customers, taking proactive steps to resolve issues.
- Participate in product and sales training to deepen Medius solution expertise and follow internal best practices.
- Maintain flexibility and creativity in managing your sales process to achieve goals.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of successful account management and sales results, ideally in SaaS or B2B technology.
- Strong understanding of finance and procurement processes.
- Experience in the SaaS industry with a passion for technology and innovation.
- Native-level proficiency in Norwegian and fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
- Fast learner with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Driven, performance-oriented, and motivated by achieving results.
- Adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
- Collaborative, humble, and open to feedback and support when needed.
- Creative thinker with the drive to make a meaningful impact on Medius’s growth in Norway.
