We're currently looking for a Treasury & Tax Intern to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be part of an exciting journey to rethink construction through innovation and creativity—bringing real impact to how spaces are built across Indonesia.
About The Role
We are seeking a motivated Treasury & Tax Intern to join our dynamic team. This role is ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our day-to-day financial activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing core financial operations, including accounts payable, payments, and treasury, contributing directly to the financial health and integrity of the company.
Job Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable (AP) Management: Manage the end-to-end AP process, including invoice verification, processing, and ensuring timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations. This includes the calculation of various taxes (e.g., PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), VAT).
- Financial administration: Maintain accurate and organized financial records, support month-end and year-end closing procedures, and ensure all transactions are recorded in accordance with accounting principles.
- Payment Processing: Execute all company payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper authorization and documentation.
- Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to cash flow, payables, and tax for management review.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Solid understanding of fundamental bookkeeping, administrative principles, and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Accurate accounting software (preferred but not required).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth company environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
