Job Description & Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager to lead our Business Process and Agile Development teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of BI solutions, ensuring the effective application of Agile methodologies, and leveraging SQL and Workbench tools to drive data-driven decision-making. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise and leadership capabilities and Ensures that business requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications.. 

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to standardized business analysis processes & framework. 
• Lead and manage a team of BI developers and Agile practitioners. 
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation. 
• Oversee the adoption and implementation of Agile methodologies across teams. 
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups. 
• Ensure teams are equipped with the tools and knowledge to deliver projects efficiently. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data needs and deliver actionable insights. 
• Utilize SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. 
• Leverage Workbench tools to streamline data processes and reporting. 

Mandatory Skill Sets:

• Experienced on 'Agile' delivery framework. 
• BI, SQL
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of BI projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. 
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on project objectives and deliverables. 
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success. 
• Proven experience in a managerial role within BI, Agile frameworks, and data analytics. 
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Workbench tools. 
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in leading Agile teams.
