About The Role

Majamojo is excited to announce an opening for a Video Editor Intern to join our creative team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity for aspiring editors to gain hands-on experience in producing engaging video content within the gaming industry. As a Video Editor Intern, you will collaborate closely with our marketing and design teams to create captivating video materials that attract and retain our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and assemble video footage, including gameplay highlights, promotional videos, and social media content.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging storylines and visual narratives in our video projects.
• Assist in color grading, sound mixing, and adding visual effects to enhance the overall quality of video content.
• Help manage and organize video assets and project files to maintain efficient workflows.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree in Film Production, Video Editing, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong storytelling skills and a keen eye for detail and pacing in video editing.
• A portfolio or demo reel showcasing your video editing work is required.
• Basic understanding of sound design and color correction is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced creative environment and meet deadlines effectively.
• A passion for gaming and familiarity with gaming content trends is highly desirable.
• Available for a 3-month internship program.
