How Will It Be To Work With Us?

💰 Managing Treasury Operations:

You’ll reconcile monthly bank account movements, maintain our treasury platforms, and make sure all financial data flows accurately through our systems. Every detail counts — and you’ll be the one ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

🧾 Supporting Accounting & Closings:

You’ll assist in day-to-day operations and monthly closings, providing key administrative and analytical support to our Accounting and Treasury teams. You’ll help keep everything balanced and on time.

🏦 Overseeing Bank Relationships:

From interest rates to credit card fees, you’ll ensure that our banking conditions are correctly applied and optimized. You’ll also coordinate payments — individual transfers, remittances, and everything in between — keeping things running seamlessly with our Back Office.

📊 Driving Cash Flow Forecasting:

You’ll collaborate in preparing and updating our Cash Flow Forecast, giving the business visibility and control over our financial position. Your insights will help us plan, anticipate, and make smart financial decisions.

🌍 Collaborating Across Departments:

You’ll communicate with different teams to anticipate credit and cash flow needs, resolve payment incidents, and keep all financial processes aligned. You’ll also maintain proactive contact with banks and financial institutions to identify new opportunities.

💡 Improving Processes:

You’ll participate in data analysis and process improvements, supporting the Revenue Accounting Department in extracting insights and resolving financial challenges efficiently.

🔐 Handling Reconciliations & Compliance:

You’ll manage monthly corporate credit card reconciliations, ensuring all expenses are tracked, verified, and compliant. Accuracy and attention to detail will be your superpowers.

🚀 Ready To Join Us?

What Will Make You Succeed In This Position:

🎓 A Degree in Economics or Business Administration to give you a strong financial foundation.

💼 Around 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or financial environment — ideally within Treasury.

💻 Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to analyze, present, and communicate data effectively.

🌐 Strong English and Spanish skills, since you’ll be working with multicultural teams and external partners.

🧠 A proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

⚙️ Experience with Business Central / Navision or EMBAT ERP will be a plus.

💪 A hands-on approach and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment — because aviation never stops!
