How Will It Be To Work With Us?

You’ll join a cross-functional Data Science team that collaborates with multiple departments. 

Your goal: transform data into actionable insights and scalable ML solutions that drive measurable results:

• Design, build & refine ML models: Develop, test, and iterate on machine learning models and mathematical-programming approaches.
• Prototype → Production: Write clean, tested Python code, review peers’ work, and deploy services through our CI/CD pipeline.
• Monitor & improve performance: Profile algorithms, tune parameters, and track KPIs to ship incremental improvements that make our systems smarter.
• Go beyond modelling: Explore projects in forecasting, optimization, experimentation design, or causal inference as business needs evolve.
• Collaborate & communicate: Work closely with operations, scheduling, finance, and IT to turn data and constraints into actionable solutions.
• Stay curious: Apply new industry methods and academic research to enhance workflows and processes.

🚀 Ready To Join Us?

What Will Make You Succeed In This Position:

• Hold a degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, etc.)
• Have 1+ years of hands-on experience in data science and machine learning
• Know how to design and evaluate models (feature engineering, model selection, hyper-parameter tuning, interpretability…)
• Write production-quality Python code using data and ML libraries
• Have a good grasp of MLOps principles (versioning, reproducibility, monitoring)
• Are fluent in SQL and comfortable with relational databases
• Communicate clearly and enjoy explaining technical ideas to non-technical people
• Speak Spanish and English fluently
• Think creatively and analytically — you don’t just analyze data, you look for better ways to solve problems.

🌟 Nice To Have

• Master’s Degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Optimization, or similar.
• Solid software design and testing habit.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Exposure to Big Data tools (Spark, PySpark, Hadoop, Hive, Impala…)
