We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Systems Administrator supporting Microsoft and Dynamics D365 F&O environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in administering, configuring, and supporting our IT infrastructure while ensuring optimal performance of our D365 environment. The role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to support our organization's digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration & Support:
- Manage, configure, and support IT systems and Server environment.
- Perform routine system monitoring, ensuring the availability and performance of the network system.
- Provide troubleshooting and resolution for technical issues, including user access, integration issues, and system performance.
- Regularly update and patch D365 and other systems to ensure security and functionality.
- System Configuration & Customization:
- Assist in the setup and configuration of D365 modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, etc.) to meet business requirements.
- Implement system customizations, workflows, and automation within the system.
- User Support & Training:
- Provide end-user support, troubleshooting system issues, and offering solutions to improve user experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide training and guidance to users on D365 functionalities and best practices.
- Security & Data Integrity:
- Administer user roles and permissions within D365 to ensure data security and compliance.
- Monitor system backups, conduct regular audits, and ensure data integrity in D365 environments.
- System Integrations:
- Work with developers and business teams to design and implement integrations between D365 and other internal/external systems.
- Manage data migration tasks and ensure smooth data flow between systems.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Document system configurations, customizations, and changes to maintain a clear record for future reference.
- Prepare and deliver periodic reports on system performance, usage, and key metrics.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay current with the latest features, updates, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and functionality.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of experience in system administration or IT infrastructure management.• Proven experience with Windows Server and virtualization.
- Proven experience in IT systems administration, preferably with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Strong knowledge of D365 modules (Finance, Operations, Sales, Customer Service, etc.).
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus.
- Familiarity with system integrations (Azure services, and other third-party systems).
- Proficient in managing Active Directory, Windows Server, SQL Server, and other enterprise technologies.
Technical Skills:
- Operating Systems: Windows Server.
- Networking: TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, routing, firewalls
- Security: Patch management, antivirus, and SIEM tools
- Automation: PowerShell.
- Cloud Platforms: Azure environment.
- Backup & Recovery: Datto, Data recovery, or equivalent tools
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Preferred Certifications:
- CompTIA Security+, Network+, or Server+ • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate • AWS Certified Sys Ops Administrator Work Environment
- on-site position with some flexibility. • May require on-call availability for critical incidents or maintenance windows.
