What You’Ll Be Doing:
- Conduct research to develop new products or enhance existing ones.
- Design, develop, and implement quality control and testing methods and protocols.
- Perform testing and experimentation to validate product designs.
- Test current and new products to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Qualify materials in accordance with group guidelines and requirements.
- Provide support for metal profile production in plants and assist with the commissioning of new machinery.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to address and resolve issues during trial runs and ensure a smooth transition from pilot-scale to full-scale production.
- Work closely with Product Managers to understand product requirements and align development activities.
- Represent the company in external organizations, including third-party laboratories, customer visits, and academic institutions.
