eClerx currently has open positions for Call Center Agents in Fayetteville. These agents will work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service to our customers by answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems with our products and services. The Call Center Agents may handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls or both and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller. They will listen to clients to understand the reason for their call, address all questions or complaints, and provide an accurate and efficient response. 

Overview

  • Office Location: 235 N. McPherson Church Rd, Fayetteville, NC 28303
  • Target Start Date: Monday, November 10, 2025
  • Training Schedule: Monday - Friday11:00am – 8:00pm (Saturday & Sunday off)
  • Pay rate (applicable after successful training completion): $13.25/hour as long as you complete your 40-hour weekly production schedule. (If you are unable to complete 40 hours’ schedule, you will still get paid at $12.25/hour)

Responsibilities

  • Answering or making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
  • Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
  • Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed.
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • Possession of a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent is required
  • Must type greater than 25 gross wpm
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Availability during our hours of operation to work flexible schedules, including nights & weekends
  • Previous experience in a customer service role or a call center environment is a plus.
