Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement scalable sourcing strategies for technology hiring across mid to senior levels.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search, social recruiting, talent mapping, and market research.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive and active tech talent.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team.
  • Drive performance, capability development, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate with TA Leads, Hiring Managers, and Business Leaders to understand hiring needs and priorities.
  • Provide regular updates on sourcing progress, talent availability, and market trends.
  • Technology & Tools:
  • Optimize the use of sourcing platforms, ATS, CRM systems, and recruitment technologies.
  • Evaluate and implement tools to enhance sourcing efficiency and candidate engagement.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
  • Track and report key sourcing metrics such as pipeline health, conversion ratios, and time-to-source.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve sourcing effectiveness and decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • 12–15 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on technology sourcing.
  • Proven experience in managing large sourcing teams and delivering results in a dynamic environment.
  • Deep understanding of the tech talent landscape, including software engineering, cloud, data, and product domains.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow) and ATS/CRM platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
