Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement scalable sourcing strategies for technology hiring across mid to senior levels.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search, social recruiting, talent mapping, and market research.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive and active tech talent.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team.
- Drive performance, capability development, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with TA Leads, Hiring Managers, and Business Leaders to understand hiring needs and priorities.
- Provide regular updates on sourcing progress, talent availability, and market trends.
- Technology & Tools:
- Optimize the use of sourcing platforms, ATS, CRM systems, and recruitment technologies.
- Evaluate and implement tools to enhance sourcing efficiency and candidate engagement.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Track and report key sourcing metrics such as pipeline health, conversion ratios, and time-to-source.
- Use data-driven insights to improve sourcing effectiveness and decision-making.

Qualifications:
- 12–15 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on technology sourcing.
- Proven experience in managing large sourcing teams and delivering results in a dynamic environment.
- Deep understanding of the tech talent landscape, including software engineering, cloud, data, and product domains.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow) and ATS/CRM platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
