We are looking for a new colleague to join our team as Sub Regional HR Manager for France, Belgium & Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support regional leadership in all HR matters, including employee relations, payroll, HR projects, and talent management.
  • Consult, coach, and advise managers on HR processes, legal compliance, and organizational development.
  • Drive the implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives across multiple countries.
  • Manage payroll and HR administration in compliance with local laws.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Support recruitment, training, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment of HR strategies with business priorities and corporate policies.

Your Background & Expertise:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Economics, Psychology, or related field.
  • 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in international/matrix environments.
  • Strong knowledge of French and/or Italian labor law and HR practices.
  • Fluency in English and local language.
  • Excellent consultative, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proactive, service-oriented, approachable, and empathetic personality.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
