We are looking for a new colleague to join our team as Sub Regional HR Manager for France, Belgium & Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support regional leadership in all HR matters, including employee relations, payroll, HR projects, and talent management.
- Consult, coach, and advise managers on HR processes, legal compliance, and organizational development.
- Drive the implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives across multiple countries.
- Manage payroll and HR administration in compliance with local laws.
- Analyze HR data and metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Support recruitment, training, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
- Ensure alignment of HR strategies with business priorities and corporate policies.
Your Background & Expertise:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Economics, Psychology, or related field.
- 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in international/matrix environments.
- Strong knowledge of French and/or Italian labor law and HR practices.
- Fluency in English and local language.
- Excellent consultative, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proactive, service-oriented, approachable, and empathetic personality.
- Strong MS Office skills.
