Associate Director

The Automation Service Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of automation projects and executing upon the Statement of Work (SOW). This role involves managing a team, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining quality standards across all automation initiatives.

• Manage and mentor a team of automation specialists, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment
• Liaise with internal business stakeholders, project leads, and service leads to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure expectations are met
• Continuously evaluate and enhance processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness in automation delivery
• Identify risks related to services delivery and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery outcomes
• Track services delivery against performance metrics and service levels. Report on performance against objectives. Make recommendations for improvements
• Managed Services delivery experience required with a preferred background on automation delivery and/or technologies, preferable experience with delivering support for Automation Anywhere
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in automation tools and technologies (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism)
• Expertise in risk and security management
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or significant services delivery leadership experience is required
