The Opportunity

As part of our dynamic Talent Acquisition team, you’ll play a key role in attracting top talent to WSP across Canada. This 12-month contract offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic hiring initiatives, support early career programs, and help build a diverse and inclusive workforce.
Your Impact
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, from early career to experienced professionals, across multiple disciplines.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored sourcing strategies.
- Champion inclusive hiring practices and help drive WSP’s commitment to inclusion and belonging.
- Support campus and co-op recruitment initiatives, including events, resume reviews, and onboarding coordination.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts by promoting WSP’s culture and opportunities across digital platforms and events.
The Skills That Set You Apart
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within a large, matrixed organization or agency setting.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Oracle or similar) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders and external candidates.
- Passion for talent acquisition, candidate experience, and inclusive hiring.
