The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales for the Sprink Custom Labels Division.  The ISR will develop effective working relationships with their customers to ensure implementation of company sales and marketing strategies while maintaining communication with plant personnel to assure program execution according to plan.  The position requires consistent teamwork with the sales, marketing and operational teams.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales growth for assigned accounts
  • Reach or exceed monthly, quarterly, annual sales budgets
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing in regards to effective programs to drive results
  • Make frequent customer sales and service calls, visiting key accounts as necessary
  • Travel and represent the Custom Labels division with integrity and purpose
  • Document business plan and implementation of such plan
  • Education of Customer base and their support teams to drive sales
  • Participate in tradeshows as needed
  • Work closely with our production group to insure predictable results for your customers
  • Works with local and regional management teams
  • Data Entry or other record-keeping work
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Education And Experience

  • Minimum of a high      school diploma, or equivalent.  Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably within the printing industry.

Requirements

  • Requires up to 25% travel including overnight stays.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint programs
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret information and data
  • Ability to compile and present reports
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal decision
  • Must be a self-starter
  • This position requires contact with employees at all levels, customers, and outside vendors

Physical Requirements & Environmental Conditions

  • Environment is typically general office, though the incumbent may spend short periods in the manufacturing environments with exposure including but not limited to dust, dirt, high noise levels and variations in temperature. Occasional exposure to one, or      more un-pleasant or hazardous conditions 6% to 20% of work time.
  • Incumbent constantly required to hear, speak, articulate and use manual dexterity.
  • Incumbent regularly required to stand, walk, use color vision, grasp, reach and sit for prolonged periods of time.
  • Incumbent occasionally required to carry and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Incumbent must be able to legally drive.
  • Incumbent will be required to fly frequently.
