Overview

TITAN Greece has an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer at our Plant in Kamari. The role is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all electrical systems and equipment within the plant. The position reports to the Electrical Maintenance Manager in preventive and corrective maintenance activities, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on plant electrical systems and equipment to ensure continuous and safe operations.
  • Support the implementation of energy efficiency and process improvement projects.
  • Monitor and analyze equipment performance, identify root causes of failures, and propose corrective actions.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of maintenance shutdowns and capital projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards, environmental regulations, and TITAN procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments (mechanical, production, automation) to resolve technical issues and optimize performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, equipment status, and spare parts.
  • Participate in digital transformation initiatives related to maintenance (e.g., predictive diagnostics, RTOs).
  • Liaise with external suppliers and contractors as required.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and reliability initiatives within the department.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering from a Polytechnic University.
  • 3+ years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in the cement or heavy industry sector.
  • Solid understanding of industrial electrical systems, automation, and power distribution.
  • Knowledge of energy management systems (ISO 50001) will be considered an asset.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive and safety-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate across departments.
  • Fluent in Greek and English (oral and written).
  • Fulfilled military obligations (if applicable).
