We are looking for Disability Support Workers who can work across both our Westminster and Mt Pleasant sites.

At Lifestyle Solutions, we believe in empowering people with disabilities to live life on their terms. As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in helping our participants build independence, confidence, and connection—both at home and in the community.

Own It – How We Get the Job Done

You’Ll Support Participants Through:

• Mentoring & skill development – explore hobbies and personal interests
• Coaching independent living skills – cooking, domestic tasks, social engagement
• Medication support and adherence to individual plans
• Clear documentation – handovers and incident reports
• Personal care – toileting, showering, feeding, dressing
• Community engagement – recreational activities and cultural inclusion

Make It Matter – What You Bring

• Strong communication skills with verbal & non-verbal customers
• Current full driver’s licence
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
• First Aid & CPR Certificates (or willingness to obtain)
• Qualifications in Disability or Community Services are a bonus!
