Why Hertility?
Hertility was born out of a need for preventative, personalised and dedicated expert healthcare across a woman’s hormonal lifespan. Hertility’s at-home diagnostic testing, telemedicine, treatments, prescriptions, and clinical services provide advanced insights into reproductive health, fertility decline, and the onset of menopause, as well as the diagnosis of 18 conditions. Hertility reduces diagnosis times for some conditions from nine years to six days. 🚀
Having done over 22 clinical studies and published in leading scientific journals and presented at over 25 National and International scientific and clinical conferences, Hertility is committed to expanding its research and clinical programmes, deepening our understanding of reproductive health and influencing policy.
By setting a new standard of scientific rigour and education in women’s health, we’re nurturing the Mother of all Movements. One powered by a new generation of women backing themselves, their bodies and their life choices, from menstruation through menopause. ❤️
Why You’ll Love This Role
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you’ll significantly accelerate the adoption of our revolutionary reproductive care solutions within the corporate benefits and workplace wellbeing space. This is a critical individual contributor role, demanding an individual who can not only execute the full sales lifecycle for complex deals but also strategically inform our go-to-market approach across multiple client tiers.
In this role, you will be a thought leader and strategic face of Hertility to prospective clients and a key representative at major industry events. Your focus will be on securing and cultivating high-value partnerships across Mid-Market and Enterprise segments, playing a pivotal role in our ambitious scaling objectives.
If you’re passionate about making a difference in women’s health, this role is for you! 🌸

What You’ll Be Doing 🌟
Your role will include, but not be limited to: Strategic Sales & Revenue Acceleration
- Drive Full-Cycle Sales for Complex Deals: Own and execute the full sales process from strategic lead generation and qualification through to contract negotiation and close for high-value accounts, consistently exceeding demanding revenue targets.
- Develop Strategic Customer Pipelines: Proactively identify, qualify, and develop a robust pipeline of high-potential clients across various market tiers (Mid-Market to Enterprise), driving significant and sustainable growth for the company's Employee Benefits proposition.
- Executive-Level Reporting: Track pipeline opportunities, provide accurate forecasting, and present strategic progress, key challenges, and actionable market insights to the broader Business Development team and Executive Leadership team.

Cross-Functional Strategy & Ownership
- Manage Senior Client Stakeholders: Cultivate and nurture relationships with multiple senior stakeholders (Heads of, Directors, VPs) within client entities to ensure alignment and drive deal momentum.
- Voice of the Market: Act as the critical bridge between the market and internal teams. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Strategy, and Operations to translate quantitative and qualitative customer data (market needs, competitive intelligence) into clear, actionable requirements that inform the platform and service roadmap.
- Evangelise the Business Development Vision: Clearly articulate the commercial vision, strategy, and roadmap for key client segments to all internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the company's broader strategic goals.
- Operational Excellence: Liaise internally with corporate operations and account management to ensure seamless and successful launch of new clients, and actively contribute to process improvements to enhance scaling efficiency.
