This is how you will grow:
The Technical Program Manager will lead the development and delivery of automotive accessories from concept through launch. This individual will develop and manage project timelines, ensuring technical requirements are met, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have experience in product development, program management, and familiarity with automotive standards.
Requirements
This is how you will take us forward:
- Automotive OEM experience is required
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, systems engineering, or a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in product development, program management, and familiarity with automotive standards.
- Strong technical skills and expertise in design and release, employing a six-sigma approach to engineering design and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with computer-aided engineering (CAE) or direct experience in this field.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with individuals at all organizational levels.
