Job Summary
At Diverzify+ and our Family of Brands, the Branch Manager is responsible for the assigned location or region’s overall performance, profitability, growth, and culture. This role requires mastery in planning, organizing, and executing strategy, budgets, and sound operation methods.

Job Responsibilities
- Full P&L management and accountability of the location/region denoted. This position owns the top-line revenue, gross margin, and operating income of the location/region they lead
- Lead, manage, and hold accountable the team within your reporting structure
- Maintain your minimum margin contribution rate annually with your personal sales efforts
- Effectively utilize the business operating systems and software employed by the enterprise
- Actively participate in relevant professional associations as a committee chair or officer level
- Provide a high culture environment to recruit, retain and train a strong team
- Maintain client relationships by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; leading profit, safety, and service improvements
- Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
- Prepare needed reports for enterprise leadership by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies
- Collaborate closely with the rest of the leadership team to establish shared targets
- Stay abreast of, and report on the market's competitive landscape while building/maintaining a strategic level relationship with key clients to understand the market better
- Lead and educate the team using our core values as the basis for all decisions
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Branch Manager or similar role within the construction or flooring industry
- Experience with full P&L ownership, including revenue, margin, and operating income
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams with measurable performance outcomes
- Track record of meeting individual sales targets and margin contribution rates
- Proficiency with enterprise business systems and reporting tools
- Ability to analyze market trends, competitors, and product opportunities
- Active participation in professional or industry associations
- Experience producing executive-level business reports and insights
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
- Familiarity with CRM and business intelligence tools
