Join Bread Alone Bakery in Woodstock, NY as a Line Cook! In this role, you will work on the line in our café kitchen, executing dishes to spec, and working with a dedicated team that values craft, consistency, and community.

• Wage: $17.50–$22.50/hour + tips (average total with tips: $22.50–$27.50+ per hour)

Location: Woodstock, NY

• Schedule: Full Time shifts available
• Thursday - Monday 9:00AM - 5:30PM is the current shift available
• Flexibility to work holidays & weekends is required

What You’Ll Do

• Work the café line preparing breakfast and lunch menu items to spec
• Stock, prep, and maintain your station with attention to FIFO rotation and cleanliness
• Cook and compose dishes, including plating and garnishing, with consistency and attention to detail
• Maintain a complete working knowledge of recipes, techniques, and equipment
• Move seamlessly between stations, supporting teammates as needed
• Practice the highest standards of food safety and sanitation

What We Are Looking For

• Some prior kitchen or food service experience is helpful, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are most important
• Comfortable working in a physical environment (standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, working in hot conditions)
• Clear communication skills and ability to work well with a team
• Flexibility to work a consistent schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Commitment to maintaining excellent personal hygiene and food safety standards
• Willing to follow all applicable Good Manufacturing Practices which includes but are not limited to: Removing any visible or exposed piercings and body jewelry, personal accessories, false nails & refraining from heavy makeup at work
