Finance & Treasury Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, verify and process supplier invoices, staff reimbursements and other payments.
• Coordinate payroll preparation, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Manage daily bank operations: transfers, reconciliations, and balance monitoring.
• Maintain up-to-date financial records and documentation.
• Support the external audit process by providing required data and explanations.
• Monitor and report on cash flow and treasury activities.
• Liaise with banks, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve financial queries.
• Ensure all financial transactions are recorded correctly and that reporting adheres to all statutory laws and financial regulations.
• Advise on ways to improve efficiencies, reduce costs, and manage financial risks.
• Prepare and file tax returns (Withholding Tax, Income Tax, VAT, etc.).
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Monitor company expenses and ensure proper budget allocation.
• Implement policies and procedures to improve financial accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in finance operations, accounting, or treasury.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficient in Excel and financial management systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality and attention to detail.
