Job Description:
Represent the Company and serve as a primary POC (Point-of-Contact) between the customer and global development teams to discuss requirements, task assignments and schedule risks
Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity
Identify the customer’s pain points, focus areas, growth aspects and accordingly position LTTS services to align with our customer’s area of interest
Manage a team of subordinate Engineers and Business professionals based in US and India
Provide technical guidance and coordinate with the team, overseeing that existing projects are completed within agreed quality, time and budgets.
Act as the point of escalation and resolves all delivery related issues.
Identify and manage project dependencies, risks and critical path; plan risk mitigation strategies;
Identify and work towards account penetration, preparing techno commercial offers & winning proposals for LTTS.
Assist in opening new accounts and deal closures for new logos.
