Essential Functions Statement(s)
• Ensures the integrity of quality through timely and precise audits.
• Implements customer quality requirements and identifies internal issues for resolution prior to
shipping.
• Visits and documents customers to facilitate quality enhancements.
• Organizes and leads initiatives aimed at elevating quality levels by refining processes and
emphasizing Team Member work efficiencies.
• Provides development for Team Member quality performance as necessary. Ensures adherence to
quality routines specified in the site process matrix and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborates with other regional sites to exchange quality and Best Practice initiatives.
• Enhances quality and productivity by comprehending job standards for each function and assessing
performance variances to determine root causes and corrective measures.
• Engages in the collection of performance metrics in alignment with customer expectations.
• Contributes to the completion of Workshop Action Plans, projects, and the sharing/implementation
of best practices.
• Carries out additional responsibilities as required by customers and management.
• Maintains reliable attendance during scheduled shifts.
• Executes all tasks in accordance with relevant safety and security standards.
• Performs any other duties as assigned or necessary.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
• Attendance - Capability to adhere to the required schedule and arrive punctually at work.
Willingness and ability to engage in voluntary or mandatory overtime during peak seasons.
Flexibility to work all shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Communication - Proficiency in effectively conveying information both in writing and verbally in
a polite and professional manner. Ability to comprehend and execute verbal and written
instructions. Skill in selecting and utilizing suitable communication methods.
• Mathematics - Competence in performing basic mathematical operations (addition, subtraction,
multiplication, and division) across all units of measure, including whole numbers, fractions, and
decimals. Ability to calculate rates, ratios, and percentages, as well as to create and interpret
graphs.
• Language - Proficiency in reading and interpreting documents such as safety regulations,
operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals. Capability to compose routine
reports and correspondence. Ability to communicate effectively in front of groups comprising
customers, team members, and management.

  • SKILLS & ABILITIES
  • Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
  • Experience: Three (3) years related experience in warehouse or manufacturing environment.
  • Computer Skills: Intermediate computer or tablet skills.
