Associate Product Manager - Trading

AMINA India is a wholly owned subsidiary of AMINA Bank AG. AMINA India acts as a virtual extension of the bank supporting activities spanning trading & liquidity management, digital assets research, marketing, investment solutions, risk management, account management, mid/back-office, product management, technology & engineering, IT support, finance and human resources.We are seeking a proactive early stage Product Manager to support the strategy, development, and execution of our Trading product suite. This role will contribute to digital asset trading (crypto, FX, derivatives, traditional securities), working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, client-centric solutions.

Product Strategy & Execution

• Assist the Trading Product Manager in refining the vision and roadmap for the relevant product suite, ensuring alignment with AMINA’s strategic goals and customer segments.
• Support market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the digital asset trading and lending space.
• Help prepare business cases and budget requests for new initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with Product Design and Engineering to deliver high-quality digital products with exceptional user experience.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Trading, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Legal) to gather input and ensure alignment across product initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Help evaluate and onboard third-party partners, working with Legal to support contract finalization.
• Liaise with external software providers for issue resolution and incremental developments.

Product Operations & Analytics

• Monitor product performance and user engagement metrics.
• Support iterative improvements based on data insights and customer feedback.
• Use reports provided by the Data team to track campaign participation and calculate yield boosts for clients at the end of lock-in periods.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in product management, preferably in crypto trading, or traditional securities & derivatives trading platforms.
• Understanding of digital assets trading (crypto, FX, derivatives) and/or traditional securities trading.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with digital asset platforms or fintech products.
• Familiarity with credit/lending products and risk management.
• Data analysis skills (Excel, SQL, or BI tools).
