The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Land & Property Manager to join our Property team. This role leads all land and property activities across our major projects — from early planning to approvals and delivery. You’ll oversee land access, acquisition, and stakeholder engagement to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.

What You’Ll Do:

  • Lead land access planning and coordinate field teams safely and effectively
  • Manage acquisition processes, documentation, and negotiations
  • Partner with project, community, Indigenous, and legal stakeholders
  • Deliver property outcomes on time, on budget, and with strong engagement

About You

You’re an experienced property professional who brings:

  • Degree qualifications in property or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years’ experience in land and property management.
  • Proven expertise in land access negotiations and compulsory acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of NSW and Commonwealth property, planning, and acquisition legislation.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing technical and professional teams.
