Technical Lead (IT Strategy & Operations)

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead PMO activities: business timeline planning, risk assessment, and milestone tracking for digital projects.
• Professionally capture business requirements and create specification documents to drive digital project execution with partner stakeholders.
• Manage complex requirements and a variety of stakeholders from several departments.
• Ensure ownership and user adoption of deployed solutions.
• Deploy tools and solutions with effective communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Animate meetings to deploy test & validation or solution explorations.

Solution Development

• Demonstrate hands-on granularity in digital work, primarily business intelligence deliverables.
• Creatively map solutions and recommend appropriate digital solutions for business needs.
• Implement AI-driven solutions to enhance supply chain processes and decision-making.
• Develop and manage RPA initiatives to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
• Create and maintain scripts for automation within SAP ERP to streamline operations.

Governance

• Ensure digital governance for BI, UI APPs (e.g., PowerApps), automation.
• Maintain quality assurance, governance policies, and procedures.
• Address security and risk management in all digital initiatives.
• Develop digital strategy for operations, including short and long-term planning.

Digital Enablement

• Leverage AI technologies, including Co-pilot use cases, to provide advanced analytics, predictive insights, and automated decision support.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, features of BI, MS tools, databases, SQL, and Python.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, MBA, Statistics, Economics or related fields.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in PMO, Business Analysis, or IT field.
• High caliber in English business communication, both spoken and written.
• Proven experience in implementing AI-driven solutions, including Co-pilot use cases, to enhance supply chain processes and decision-making.
• Proficiency in any programming languages (Python, SQL, C, VBA, etc.), PowerBI and DAX, Excel.
• Experience in QlikSense, RPA, script automation, PowerApps, database administration or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Resilience in managing stakeholders and working under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence peers and build strong relationships within Supply Chain and cross-functional teams.
