Junior Design Implementation

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with respective Senior Designer. 
As colleagues that are under the supervision of their Senior Designer, they typically assist with a variety of tasks throughout the design process, including keeping themselves updated on the project receivables delegated to them within the day.
 
Project Brainstorming.
Serves as a support aid to their Senior Designer in brainstorming feasible solutions for complex projects, exploring processes to manage urgent tasks and establishing consistent tone of standards for each project.
 
Assist on quality management.
Being highly aware of Design Standards and solutions, they countercheck drawings of their teammates/Senior Designer to maintain error-free drawings and ensure that all Design Standards adhere to the established guidelines.
 
Task Breakdown and Scheduling.
Assist their Senior Designers break down complex projects into smaller, more manageable tasks which could involve creating timelines and prioritizing deadlines based on importance and urgency.
 
Team Deputy and Administrative Tasks.
On cases where their Senior Designers are not available or on Vacation Leave, they step in as the representative of their respective teams including proactive communication with their Project Consultants, monitoring consistency of high-quality drawings, and ensuring continuous progress within the team’s outputs.
