Mission

Own high-impact Marketplace problem areas end-to-end across desktop, mobile, and app - applying modern product practices in research, documentation, analysis, and design to build valuable, usable, and feasible products. Partner with cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch world-class solutions, while distilling, documenting, and championing MoneySmart’s product vision, and driving execution in an agile environment using best-in-class approaches to product planning, customer discovery, and product development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Ideation → Launch → Iteration: Improve revenue and user experience by prioritizing problems, scoping lean bets, and learning fast
  • Product Lifecycle Ownership: Identify user needs, shape compelling business cases, and deliver solutions that balance desirability, viability, and feasibility
  • Planning & Roadmapping: Support annual planning themes; lead quarterly planning; build roadmaps that balance business outcomes with customer experience priorities
  • Market & Customer Insight: Conduct market and competitor analysis; gain deep customer understanding; identify gaps and generate ideas that grow market share and drive growth
  • Customer Proximity: Maintain ongoing contact via social channels, sales feedback, events, and interviews to continuously improve the product
  • Data & Experimentation: Write and interpret queries (SQL preferred), define metric trees, design A/B tests, and run instrumented launches; use automation and lightweight AI where appropriate to accelerate analysis and synthesis
  • Documentation & Communication: Draft initiative docs/PRDs and maintain decision logs; communicate priorities and progress clearly to senior stakeholders
  • Design Partnership: Collaborate with Design on flows, UX writing, and usability testing; use modern tools (including AI where it adds value) to explore variants without sacrificing craft
  • Operational: Keep an ordered backlog, uphold definitions of ready/done; run consistent ceremonies and land milestones predictably

  • Communication & Product Writing: Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of producing crisp, clear, and concise documentation that effectively conveys complex product information
  • Pragmatic AI & Tooling: Comfortable with and adept at applying new tools, including AI, to accelerate research, drafting, and analysis, always ensuring judicious use with robust quality controls

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of Product Management experience
  • Deep knowledge of web standards in design and usability
  • Understanding of the SEA online/mobile financial product comparison market and competitive landscape
  • Expert in Scrum/agile and core product tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
  • Prior knowledge of SQL and experience with data visualization tools is a plus
  • Experience with loyalty programs and customer engagement platforms is advantageous
