Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Client Director to drive client revenue and margin growth across existing accounts in the TMT sector across North America. The successful candidate will own client P&L, shape industry strategy, and lead a team of Client Partners to achieve performance targets and career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive client revenue and margin growth to meet portfolio targets.
  • Own client P&L, sign off deal margins, and ensure profitable delivery.
  • Shape industry strategy with MD and GBDD; align GTM plans to client portfolio needs.
  • Develop and lead Client Partner team with clear performance targets and career pathways.
  • Act as senior escalation point for client delivery, commercial, or service issues.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and inclusive leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, relevant professional qualification, and possibly a postgraduate qualification such as an MSc, MBA, or other appropriate business, engineering, scientific, or industry qualification.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of professional experience in client management or a similar senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving significant revenue and margin growth within a diverse portfolio.
  • Extensive experience in developing and executing client strategies that drive business growth and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated success in managing account P&L and achieving financial targets.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Strong background in client engagement and building senior-level client relationships.

Additional Requirements:

  • Travel is an integral part of a this role and the individual will need to travel locally, within country, and internationally as needed to perform the role (they should have a valid passport/driving license and be prepared to travel during working hours as needed by the company).
  • Work-related tradeshows or live events may require the individual to occasionally lift 25 pounds.

  • Participation in both internal meetings and external meetings via video calls, as necessary. 
  • Ability to go into corporate or client offices to work onsite, as necessary. 
  • Prolonged periods of remaining stationary at a desk and working on a computer, as necessary. 
  • Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead, as necessary. 
  • Hand-eye coordination necessary to operate computers and various pieces of office equipment, as necessary. 
  • Vision abilities including close vision, toleration of fluorescent lighting, and adjusting focus, as necessary. 
  • For positions that require business travel and/or event attendance, ability to lift 25 lbs, as necessary. 
  • For positions that require business travel and/or event attendance, a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required, as driving is an essential job function.
